snippet from my wip hyunin fic: "He never felt as empty as he did on the first night he went home with Hyunjin as his enemy. The only thing emptier than him was his home itself — countless rooms preserved with antique furniture, rarely used. No amount of research in the world could've prepared him for being entirely alone at 22. At least after his mother passed away, he still had Hyunjin. Even when Hyunjin didn't live with him anymore, little changed. Hyunjin was always there, laughing over soju and shitty reality shows on the TV he personally requested. Teaching him how to get better at boxing in Jeongin's home gym. Leafing through his father's findings for hours in his study. Hogging all of the blankets on Jeongin's bed. Always, always, always. And then he isn't."

I do love a good creature. I had fun trying to write Liver Eater as a more of a mystery story. I think going more into that direction or writing something like a psychological horror would be interesting!
