been a pretty difficult few months so i wrote about bipolar, being shit at communicating, the anniversary of a big suicide attempt coming up and weirdly quite a lot about eel pie island.

for 4 years many of us were shouting from the rooftops warning about starmer + how easily he'd throw everything + anyone under the bus to get or keep power and for 4 years, people like otto english told us we were wrong, labour'd get more left in power, that we were just tory enablers etc etc...
