Initially I thought this was a secret October update Mojang threw in but as I kept playing, I realized that maybe the Entity Culling mod I have installed is bugging out in some way. With the number of hot fixes Mojang is throwing out I'm thinking maybe this is some bug that hasn't been fixed yet
