Haha, I got so used to be able to just type out some things here without image that I was for a moment totally confused by the flashes app 🤪
so interesting how easily I could leave years on Instagram behind and adjust to Bluesky! 😎

I’m so proud about myself. I wanted to enter the Golden Coil Contest but Instagram is part of the application processes which I deleted.
First I thought to sit still in sadness because I can’t join, but then I mailed them if I can do it without IG and they said sure. 🎉
So happy to not let it pass!

I know, but I find it better for me to separate majorly between my art and my political side, as my art is more optimistic and a place for other parts of me ☺️ but still this is also a bit of my personal account here so I‘m ok to share a bit of that, too.

Yes, absolutely! I made a second Bluesky account for politics to not have news here, so I only see art stuff here so I have better boundaries and protect my mind better but the algorithm still shows me politics 😝 and of course I go to the other account and read there…

After a rough week with migraine, headache, not well working pain medication and the anxiety to overdose I had some energy to follow a class by Lisa Bardot and draw a retro phone.
First I was scared by the cord but it was easier than I thought and gives it a lovely quirky feel ☺️

I had a time when I just stopped reading news because it exploded my anxiety levels. And it was ok because it was only a few major things and they were still on my radar. But these days I can’t stop because everything feels so terribly relevant to know, and they just don’t stop.

I can relate to this so much!
I try to keep this account to art and optimism but the things that are happening in the world making me angry, anxious, exhausted and clouding everything, and it spills.

After a week of migraines, headache and period cramps I woke up without any headache today.
Wow, the energy you suddenly have!

While I was reactivating my Notion I watched the Notion Pattern Collection Setup by Mel Armstrong on Skillshare.

Now I need to do the same for my Illustrations & then build a lovely Art Hub… this time with more planning to prevent overwhelm.

Ok, I did it. I did set up notion databases to collect my various trend data, and relevant keywords.

Unfortunately I didn’t found a simple solution to feed those databases yet but finally I look at the data thoroughly & find some inspiration already while doing data input stuff.

Now dog walking…🦮

Luckily, my cat annoyed me so much today that I lost focus—just in time for my body to remind me I needed to collapse on the sofa, and not being able to do a simple google sheet today anymore 😅
