I always take what any politician says with a pounce of Salt, watching the BBC News today I have had to go to my local shop and buy1kg of Salt as I ran out of it very quickly.

Is it morally right that Russia can use cruise missile on the civilian population of Ukraine and that the West and America in particular prohibits Ukraine from using cruise missiles to attack even Russian military.

Where is Mr Farage going to dump the immigrants, you need to have the agreement of the country where you are going to send them, there are countries that will take them but they are not safe countries and the outcry from the well meaning population would be tremendous.

Whilst I agree that what happened to Israel was beyond the pale, has Israel not punished more than two million people enough for the misguided actions of less than 10% of the population.
Can they not relate to the atrocities their race has suffered over the millennium and understand they are guilty

Trump is selling out Ukraine and has no interest in helping Europe and will no doubt be joining the oligarchy after his term as ????.

It is time for the G 7 countries to take a bitter pill and strengthen the sanctions on Russia, in the short term it will hurt, in the long term your countries and their people will benefit from a greater world security and the knowledge that not everyone is selfish in their attitudes.

The last four Security guarantees were not worth the paper they were written on, what makes anyone thing that any future guarantee would be any better. We let them down before and will again. If nuclear had been retained, perhaps we would not be in this situation. Oh for greater hindsight .

I am stupidly watching what is happening in USA. what a circus, so many lies, so much misinformation, talk about million dying and gifts of 350 billion to Ukraine but no mention of the civilians being killed by Russia or the very few Russian Civilians being killed or even being aware of the war.

Only Six out of 193 UN Countries. I suppose that might be a good start. Do the rest of the world care?

The only thing Trump wants is the income he can generate for his family enterprise from any source prepared to pay him, to be the most important person in the world and like Putin go down in history. He will certainly go down in history. He made a great county the laughing stock.

Come on Europe, not only has the USA let Ukraine down, so has Europe, how many times have countries made promises to support Ukraine and then failed. Europe needs the security then Europe must put up or shut up.

How did so many countries win in World war 2 and yet those same countries let Russia walk into Ukraine with an army, almost with impunity.

Watch America give away Ukraine.

Come on Europe, you are stronger than you think, do not let the USA kid the world that they are the worlds saviour, Europe with a strong resolve and alliance could be more effective than the USA, be strong, be assertive, be right, for us all. we all want the best for our people, we are all people.

We have pride in our approach to freedom of speech and yet we classify anyone who is against how Palestinians are being treated in Gaza as “Terrorists” because it is done as a group.
Is it right for minorities who disagree with policy to be gagged in this way.

The world has seen enough of genocide to learn from the actions of those with extreme views and perceptions of their own greatness, that we should have learned not to sit back and let it happen because doing something upsets our perceived world or disrupts our finances. We all have a right to life.

The United Nations must be a joke, it cannot moderate the actions of any country which is protected by countries exercising a VETO, it also appears to be too easy the opt out of international treaties if they do not suit you, without any redress.

Why does a government spend millions having public enquiries and paying an army of civil servants a small fortune listening to someone read and corner On a report and after publication do nothing with the results. The money could be better spent correcting the know faults the system.

Listening to international news and political views, democratic countries need to strengthen their relationships and divorce as much as possible from the USA.
There needs to be a better democratic leader, could Europe meet the requirement.

What a wonderful day, Russia increases its attacks on Ukraine and the Great United States of America reduce or stops the support for Ukraine. This is justice and democracy from the world’s leader in Democracy.

Europe and the USA support Israel to punish and defeat Hamas following an incursion and capture of Israel citizens. Did Russia not do the same to Eukrane with far less political and military support.

Is Mr Trump wanting to emulate Russia? Russia wants all of Europe or as much as he can get by fair or foul means. It looks as if Mr Trump is saying to Mr Putin “go ahead, set the precedent and I can follow your lead”. It could be why he is easy on Putin.

Blackmail promotes blackmail, it succeeded we can do it again. Rewarding aggression promotes further aggression. It was done before it will be done again.
We are strong and you will not attack us, you are weak and we will take advantage of that again and again and again.

Do Americans really want to live in Russian Type Democracy. You vote for me, anyone else will be imprisoned or deported to an unknown destination.

The UN is no good as a policing body while one of the members can be an aggressor and veto any decisions of the body. It is time for a new directive where all nations in the UN support sanctions with military support if necessary. No one nation can veto a decision. Democracy rules.

What use are treaties when there is no one prepared to back them up. The 1994 treaty that was implemented to reduce nuclear power to Ukraine and was to be backed by USA, Russia and UK. WHO if anyone has upheld it. The West backed down when Russia invaded Crimea and America is rewarding Russia.

If Mexico marched into America with an army would America fight back or let it happen, by fighting back they would be starting a war. Why criticise Ukraine for defending itself and claim it started the war!!!!

I am sure that America would not sit back and allow Canada to march into America with an army and not fight back. America appears to believe that Russia should have been allowed to march into Ukraine without them offering resistance.

How can America justify what is happening in Gaza without accepting the justification of Russia invading Ukraine. However one has to bear in mind the threat of America to take over Greenland and the Panama Canal and the mentality of an authoritarian dictator.

Are foreign investors in any country beneficial to that country or do they sometimes have a policy to promote their own countries interests. Let the industry fail or become too expensive in order to promote their countries industry.
