I “saw” 300 patients today.

I rarely check my “productivity dashboard,” because really who cares, but today I checked, and it was just short of 300 unique patient encounters over nine hours without a break, 7 AM until 4 PM. The usual mix of xray, CT, MRI, ultrasound. Start back up tomorrow morning. Now, some dinner.
