You really do wonder what’s the point of Scott Parker still being Burnley manager.

Three episodes into Pluribus (what took me so long, it’s brilliant) and I’m fascinated by how ChatGPT the Others feel.

Incredible sycophantic AI vibes, particularly when the bloke from DHL is assessing the pros and cons of giving Carol an atomic bomb.

Vince Gilligan’s a genius.

CJ Stroud. Mate. He’s seeing ghosts.

They genuinely might have to bench him.

Frank deserves some sympathy (injuries) but I think the attitude amongst the squad at Spurs is rotten and he’s too nice a bloke to sort it out.

Mark under Marco Silva at Everton. We’ve been down that avenue before. [3/3]

Not disputing the job Glasner’s done at Palace nor his ability but it’s obvious why he doesn’t last long at clubs despite relative success. Never leaves on good terms either. [2/3]

Concerning that a section of Evertonians are watching the current incarnations of Thomas Frank’s Spurs and Oliver Glasner at Crystal Palace and saying β€œyep, I want a bit of that.”

They’re both done and I wouldn’t be surprised if Glasner went straight in at Spurs β€” not a good fit imho. [1/3]

That PSG kit is unbelievable.

Dortmund feels very β€œjob for the boys.”

They’re just another club now. They were so fashionable at one point but that seems so long ago now.

More chance of getting Ollie Watkins, and I genuinely mean that.

Not sure they’d get him in January mind, but I reckon Villa might be open to that sooner than you think.

What a sport. Incredible effort by Stafford, McVay and the Rams to get *that* close but Jalen Carter called game.

Two late goals took a bit of gloss off it but that was an excellent Everton performance.

Calvert-Lewin and Lindstrom in particular look re-energised under Moyes. O’Brien did well. And Ndiaye is just a wonderful footballer.

Phenomenal effort from United with 10 men. That said, Arsenal never did enough to unlock them. Overly reliant on crosses which were often poor.

Intensity just isn’t where it needs to be from Spurs.

Really cannot understand Brentford’s approach to the FA and Carabao Cups. Have a go. Good enough to reach the latter stages in both without worrying about relegation.

The amount of Premier League points being won in the final 10 minutes or so this season is unheard of.

INEOS and Ratcliffe’s ability to erode all that good will generated from the takeover so quickly is genuinely impressive.

Just as bad as the Glazers.

Southampton have this incredible habit of gifting teams goals. Happens seemingly every week.

Carlos Soler is playing in far too an advanced position to be wearing No.4.

Russell Martin is angling for his next job by persisting with this style of play. It’s blatantly obvious.

You can talk for ages about Rodri’s influence, but City were absolutely horrendous there. Shocking really for a team and manager of that calibre.

Opening goal of a play-off final tends to be midway through the first half.

It then goes one of two ways…

1. Leading team defend for their lives and hold on to win 1-0.

2. Leading team scores a second around the 70-minute mark to kill the contest.
