Wow, we're less than a month into the new administration and we're already in a trade war? The economy's threatening to collapse and the idiots in charge aren't being held accountable for anything that they're doing? Cancel this season of America already, I think it needs a reboot.

If there's one thing that the death of the United Healthcare CEO has made abundantly clear, it's that material gain in our society cannot be considered interchangeable with self-worth. All the fancy houses and sports cars in the world aren't worth shit if they're bought with human lives.

Despite the upcoming administration and all the bullshit to follow, I can't help but find it hilarious that for all his chest-thumping and posturing, Trump didn't even get 51% of the votes.

Which, in a way, makes his return to the oval office a glorified participation trophy.
