Any excuse for cake 🍰🧁 Finish token duty this morning for my 50th #Volunteer stint at #Parkrun. 48 of these here at home in the past 4.5 years, average about 1 a month. Parkrun relies on volunteers so I’m happy to pay it back🥰Lovely folk & a nice way to spend a couple of hours on a Saturday morning🤩

Don’t demean where you started!Everyone started somewhere weight loss, serious illness etc are all huge battles in their own right. Apparently it’s not pool etiquette to be amused, both have a fit of giggles and a brief chat before resuming our respective swims 🤷🏻‍♀️ oh well 🤣

Funny old week one way and another but all good. Day off today & luckily found a quieter time in the pool to plough out 1/2 mile 🏊‍♀️ really enjoyed that 💪 #RebelliousHope Randomly bumped into my sister from another mother in the pool.I didn’t recognise her at first 🤣🤣…she had a swim cap & goggles on 🤷🏻‍♀️
