Tbh, it wasn't deliberate. The ref image I used had even more dramatic shading on the left side of her face and neck, obscuring most detail. But to your point, I could have done more with that. Perhaps I still will! I did take liberty in elongating the neck. Room to improve. I appreciate the comment
