Np! I was taking a stimulant when I finally got my metabolic disorder managed. Same thing happened. Started tracking it and noticed it always happened two weeks before my period. It’s super frustrating and no one tells you about it, really.

If you’re regularly ovulating/menstruating, I’ve found the two weeks of my lutéal phase, when progesterone is at its highest, I need a dose and a half of my meds to get the same effect out of them.

It really is! I walk my dog for 45mins in the morning, then read a book on the treadmill for the other half. It’s so time consuming, but reading is my hobby so that helps.
