What an absolute mess last night. Texas Republicans changed the rules of the game in December. Many voters in Dallas County, a heavily minority county, didn't realize it until they went to cast their votes on Election Day.

This is mass voter confusion. And it's intentional.

Obviously I'm voting in the primary but I just can't get behind the other Georgia gubernatorial candidates with much enthusiasm now that Ruwa Romman is out.

This dull feeling is such a far cry from how I felt during Stacey Abrams's 2018 gubernatorial run. I had such immense hope for this state.

Jack Mazurek, a Stop Cop City activist who was arrested in February 2024, offered a non-cooperation plea Monday morning to the charge of first-degree arson.

Mazurek was sentenced to 10 years probation and 300 hours community service.
