Dean Graziozy closed the first "self-development" event by Mathew McConaughey.

Crazy.

The moment I switch my attitude, boom, we were balling.

I remember leading a bunch of different bands when I was a musician and that's like the biggest mistake I did.

I didn't listen to what people needed and hoped they would embody a particular set of principles in order for me to do it as well.

Massive failure in all of them.

Due to changes in Entrepreneurial Gym, I've been thinking a lot about leadership.

And even though I can recognize that there are different leadership styles, I still think that focusing on listening to people and embodying the values and practices you share with your team are key.

It will be a "selfish" project since I'm doing mostly to integrate the ideas myself and actually be able to remember them, but maybe people will actually like it.

I don't know.

I'll record EP1 and post it today.

I've been thinking about integrating ideas into my worldview and what that process looks like.

I've come to the conclusion that teaching is the best tool in order to learn.

I think I'll start a podcast where I'll go through whatever I read in a week and try to explain it to people.

One of the simplest truths about solving a big problem is that, by dividing it into smaller problems, solutions start to become more evident.

You should be optimizing for praise to those you love.

A bunch of students missed my Problem-Solving Club so I ended up being flabbergasted by the sheer power of imagination of a single kid, exploring the relationship between influencing people to create something great and making sure you're not manipulating them.

Also, mixing that with all the books and such a nice attitude and approach...

Clearly an inspiration for leadership.

For real.

I think I never told you this, but you're one of my biggest inspirations when it comes to my approach to conversation.

Since hearing about interintellect and seeing your salons, I've adjusted a lot in my own approach.

Not only that but the sheer tenacity and knowledge u have...fucking great Anna!

In these last 2 weeks, I had:

- Quick sprint with 150+ students in just a few days;

- Served as a Moderator in a panel about Entrepreneurial Gym with a Vice-President, a teacher and a student;

- Was present to those that matter to me, in moments of pain and stress;

I love my life.

I remember feeling guilty about not posting so much on Twitter because I felt I was always late.

Here tho, it's different.

My mind is like: you got the time boy, chill.

I've returned to witness the best souls of the internet putting forth their best thoughts in a clean, simple app with amazing vibes.

(I was away from the computer to actually be present in a bunch of different contexts).
