I’m a food and drug lawyer sharing this account with Scout the corgi. Mellie the cat will be taking a break from social media while we recover from the platform formerly known as Twitter. #corgicrew

06.10.2025 21:02 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Hey, @cnn-news.bsky.social & @cnn.com. You showed this interview with Steven Miller, who said nothing new, but immediately after you don’t show Governor Pritzker‘s press conference?
How can you possibly justify that?
People who don’t know they have insurance (what?), if they exist, raise premiums for others? Because the services that they don’t know they have, and so don’t have insurance pay for, somehow increase the expected cost of my services?
This is insane.

He has no idea what is happening. He doesn’t even know the judge is a woman.
NBC doesn’t point it out.

06.10.2025 03:11 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0I’m not going to engage with this. We are not 9 months into the National Guard being anywhere. They’ve been in 2 cities, recently, and we need them on our side as we say they shouldn’t be in any. WE DO NOT WANT THE GUARD TO TAKE THE POSITIONS OF ICE.
06.10.2025 03:00 — 👍 3 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Yes. Insulting and attacking them just for being in the National Guard is not going to help

04.10.2025 19:42 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Again - a personal check used in the regular course of business is a business record. You pay your business lawyer with a personal check? That’s a business record.
You should call Sullivan & Cromwell to discuss your theories on appeal. I’m done.
That’s an oxymoron.

I hope you thanked her.
I’m sure Miss Book had a very good reason for this.
It’s a good thing she’s there, because apparently she’s the only one who knows how dangerous that curtain was.
Yes - we need to see a birthday pic!
04.10.2025 17:49 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0The checks aren’t the business records, the checks are evidence that other business records were false.
But that’s doesn’t have anything to do with whether a person can be inherently innocent. That’s just ridiculous.
You said Trump is inherently innocent. Look at the definition you posted. No one is inherently innocent of any crime.
(Also, a personal check is admissible evidence in a prosecution involving business records. Imagine if that were not true. Every fraudster would just pay with personal checks.)
