“you can say that again.” he let out a chuckle before taking the second shot, downing it before shuddering as the burn hit his throat soon after.

“name’s andrew by the way.”

“oh, was it that obvious that I can’t keep my eyes off of you?” he half joked, he wasn’t trying to hide his admiration for her beauty.

“but in all honesty, i couldn’t imagine being a model… i don’t like having my picture taken in general.”

andrew turned to look at her, setting his own glass next to hers. his eyes exploring her features as she spoke, taking in every word she spoke.

“sounds hectic and exhausting. i’m sure when you get home you’re ready for bed, hm? and, i have seen some of those photoshoots online… very good work.”

“oh, it’s nothing really. no, my last job… before i was a lawyer was much more stressful.” he sips the glass of wine before topping it up slowly.

“i know your work is no joke either.”

“pretty long, yes.” he smiled at her before taking the shot glass full of whiskey and downing it.

“long day for you?”

“sometimes i need to remind them that they won’t find any other lawyer.“ he chuckles softly, thinking about the times he might’ve had to ‘convince’ a few clients not to fire him.

“its not a job for everyone, that’s for sure.”

smiling at her before turning to the bartender, ordering them both shots.

“whiskey or vodka? i ordered one of each to start.”

he doesn’t doubt that one bit. he’ll have to stop eventually however because of work in the morning.

“yes, I remember… just trying to schedule this little get together was difficult.” he spoke candidly, eyeing her features for a moment. “i was rather busy too, court cases and such. my client tried to fire me before the trial… i convinced him not to.”

watching her carefully, his eyes wandering over her features as she opened the wine bottle. once it was opened and the glasses were poured, he sipped his glass slowly.

“i’m glad you enjoy beautiful.” he smiled at her, sipping his wine once more. “so, how’ve you been lately?”

he is, as long as she stays for a few rounds.

“i am a little peckish i will admit. normally after work i head out and grab dinner.” he explained, following her through the house until the came to her living area.

taking a seat on the couch. his gaze following her.

“you’ve got a lovely home, by the way.”

upon watching the door open, his eyes lit up at the sudden, breathtaking sight of her. he smiled warmly at her.

“it’s nice to be here, beautiful.” he said softly and stepped inside. handing her the wrapped up bottle of wine, which he had purchased earlier. “for you.”

and with that; he set his phone down and stacked the papers he was working on into his briefcase before setting off.

stopping by to pickup the wine he ordered before finally making his way over. remembering to lightly knock instead of ringing the bell.

he hopes so. he’ll be by soon, just wrapping up here at the office.

he’ll be sure to do that. he also picked up a lovely bottle of wine for the two, he hopes she’ll like it.

same goes for him, well, company that isn’t a client.

he’s currently paying @sovietdoll.bsky.social a visit. she’s looking rather lovely today.

he’s done with work for the night and heading to the local bar… feel free to join him.

it’s just a precaution, you know? you never know when something bad might happen in life.

hah, with being a flight attendant… you definitely should have one.

i’ve heard how bad some places are with upkeep on those flying death buckets.

well, you never know. accident at work, getting something stolen from you, someone just says something that pisses you off?

there’s always a need for a lawyer in those situations.

he’s taken an interest in @cleverisms.bsky.social lately. there is something about her that is quite intriguing to him.

also, if she ever needs a good lawyer- he’d be more than willing to help her out.
