Some things CANNOT be glossed over
the obama era republican strategy of "prevent obama from doing anything and then belittle his failures" seems to have been a more effective strategy than the trump era democratic strategy of "let trump do whatever he wants with no problem and hope people notice it's bad enough to vote for us again"
