It's a really old fashioned analgesic and shouldn't still be in use imo

I'm not a human nurse, but methimazole is a hyperthyroidism medication. Not the same as metamizole. As a general rule, ibuprofen is not to be mixed because of anti-coagulation properties. Metamizole also causes white blood cell issues, so would be a big no from me. Again, I work in vet med.
