This is the first time my seasonal depression had my tapped out. The world became a little too much and I had to take a me day. Ate some cake, talked to friends, and breathed deeply.

I'll be ok. Don't be afraid to say you need to press pause and rebalance.

Some might argue that hope will ruin a person by blinding them to the harshness of our world. But in this moment, I realized hope doesn’t blind anyone. It’s merely the name we give to our efforts as we try to shape a better world in the days to come.

Hello! It's Monday, and here's where I'm at:

I still dont know if my laptop is permanently damaged. The battery is dry with no swelling, so there's that.
The draining process is extensive: It sat in rice for 48 hrs and on its side in silicone crystals for 24. Gotta switch sides for another 24hrs.

Guess who spilled tea on her laptop yesterday 🤪😫
