Sketch Group Turns 13!

Thirteen years ago, our Chief Doodler’s cheeky video “What the @#$% is UX Design” hit YouTube- and unknowingly launched what would become an incredible journey for Sketch Group.

A huge thanks to our team, clients & creative community. We’re excited for what comes next!

How do you explain a complex planning scheme in a way people actually want to watch? That was the challenge for Hepburn Shire Council—so together we created a sketch video. The result? A clear, engaging visual tool that helps the community understand their planning framework.

We’re now in Guling (Orchid Season) on Wurundjeri Country. From late July to September, orchids bloom, wattles burst with yellow, and koalas bellow at night. As Waring (Wombat Season) ends, the chill eases—making way for warmth, renewal, and the stirrings of spring.

Endometriosis is complex—but care doesn’t have to be.

We teamed up with RANZCOG to explain how Australia’s Living Evidence Guideline is improving care for people with endometriosis.
