Upon further reflection it was definitely my fault for putting the string in the chip but in my defense I didn't think it was literally going to split the cup in half like an eggshell. But yes my commentary gave it some really good comedic timing

Most likely I spilled the water on the string just enough that it wicked up into the chip and splintered it in half so I probably should have thought of that. Either that or it's just that cold the the house. Rip

This happened immediately after I remarked that the tiny chip on the lip of the cup was actually good for holding a tea bag's string. Egg on my face

I said "I'll make myself feel better by having a lil tea" and then I poured the water into one of my favorite tea mugs and it spontaneously cracked all the way down the middle and leaked boiling water everywhere through the seam so I think that's my sign to go to bed

There was a year where despite masking I got sick like once a fucking month and every time I got well enough to play DDR again I would be back on the bench from either being sick or injuring my muscles from coughing and I very much understand how maddening this is. You'll get there 🫂

There are a grand total of 4, maybe 5 days I'm gonna need to take off in May to go to two different states and I'm excited and also dreading the rigamarole of getting both jobs to unhand me for two seconds
