This is so spot-on it’s scary.

It was really cool to see all the fireworks around us for like five minutes until the jackasses down the street from us decided to start firing their guns in the air nonstop for no reason. Guns are not fireworks. Those bullets do go somewhere.

I've never acted like I'm some high-class individual, and it's because of this that I don't feel any shame in having beer brats and a Mountain Dew for breakfast at 9 a.m. on a Tuesday.

That store, by the way, used to be fantastic with a ton of value, but they realized they had the market cornered about a decade or so ago and prices skyrocketed. It just sucks, man.

I wish department stores would pay more than a modicum of lip service to overweight men. Every fat guy I know shops at the same chain, and even places that claim decent Big and Tall sections still drop the ball on something as simple as belts, rendering them kinda worthless.

Everyone has been joking about “quality losses” this football season, but how many in that top 25 have actually made it this far without losing to a team they’re “supposed” to beat? Four or five, maybe?

Just got Tyler Childers tickets for GEODIS next fall. I might be more than a little annoyed that ADA tickets were twice the cost of some other seats, but next year we already have Gary Clark Jr., Z.Z. Ward and Childers on the docket. Not too bad, that.
