Moving blows. The amount of stress this has caused me would be worth the money I would have spent just to have someone do this for me.

And I still have to deal with the unloading/unpacking part.

I had a job offer in the UK that was rescinded during the initial hiring freeze (which we are still in btw). I am supposed to be moving next weekend for my new job. My house is packed, my POD arrives tomorrow. I won't ge going anywhere while the government is shut down.

Fuck the government.

I had to unexpectedly put my dog to sleep today. I just returned from the vet and I think I'm in shock. I woke up and it was a normal day and now my dog is gone.

and the promotion I am getting with the move, my current boss is going to end up reporting to me. And that is like the sweetest karma or whatever because this person is always kind of condescending to me and now I will have the power.

Im going to try not to let it effect me, but im also very petty.

Can I talk about some work stuff real quick? I have no one to talk to about this because it's really bitchy and I try not to unleash that side of me to the masses.
