Attempting to make some starter wort in the pressure cooker today - canned wort as the Americans tend to call it.

114g DME, 240ml RO water, and a pinch of yeast nutrient per jar. Each jar will make enough for a 1 litre starter at 1.040.

Will see how this goes!
