Good morning Kylie! It's been a minute! I made smoked pastrami ribs and been planning to to try a brisket. I followed a recipe from Sweet Baby Rays chef on IG. It was fantastic, but it took a few days in the brine before smoking.

Doesn't anyone stretch anymore??

I did the same thing.

I was in high school driver's ed class. It was winter and the roads were in horrible shape. Teacher asked the class to describe the condition of the roads. I replied, "pretty shitty." (They were really bad!)
Got myself a one day detention for being honest.
