Pic book author here. I have two powerpoints I use for presentations: the journey "from imagination to page" for the 1st book, and a how-to for drafting a manuscript. Include silliness... the best laughs are for a gif of a My Little Pony frantically typing and a skeleton on a bench, "waiting."

We once had a con goer attempt to gatekeep my teenage daughter's presence, demanding to know why she was speaking on a panel.

I dragged home a vintage Pat Hand pinball machine from an estate auction... restoring it to working order was certainly An Experience, and now I just wish I had room for more of them. <3
