So... It's official. 3 of the projects (so far) I was working in 2025 hv either had the funding options suspended w/ no end in sight, or will NOT be funded bc funding options are no longer avail.
50% (often more but NEVER LESS) of what I make goes DIRECTLY to MATSA.

There hv been NO Overdoses resulting in unaliving in any OPC. That's also 1 of many positives of OPCs. Folks can use safely w/o fear of overdosing. And this isn't ab encouraging use. It's ab autonomy and safety for folks who use drugs.
Btw... There are "safe consumption sites" for alcohol. BARS.

Hospitals Gave Them Meds During Childbirth. Why Did Patients Get In Trouble? Mothers were reported after they were given medications used routinely for pain or in epidurals, to reduce anxiety or to manage blood pressure during cesarean sections.

So, now we're separating moms & babies because they test positive for drugs given during labor & delivery. Basically, traumatizing people for no reason. Drug tests simply shouldn't be used on pregnant people, period. Look for child abuse, not drugs. www.themarshallproject.org/2024/12/11/p...
