Geplante Lockerungen der EU: Emissionshandel hat als Klimaschutzinstrument versagt Ökonomen schwärmten immer vom Emissionshandel als kapitalismusfreundliche Lösung für den Klimawandel. Nun ist klar: Das hat nicht funktioniert.

Der Emissionshandel sollte die marktwirtschaftliche Lösung der Klimakrise sein - und sie funktioniert. Nun soll Lobbydruck all die Firmen bestrafen, die entsprechend investiert haben, und die Versager belohnen.

2) This was after I had visited a Gerhard Richter exhibition and taken a picture of a movie showing him painting. I thought it would be interesting to try to digitally reproduce his way of distorting painted images by smudging the paint. This was surprisingly difficult but I posted it anyway.

Unschuld scheint irgendwie komplexer zu sein als Schuld.
