Our taxpayer money is being used to terrorize people. Not “enforce laws.” Not “keep communities safe.” Terrorize. Kick down doors without warrants. Target people because of their skin color. Detain people with no due process. And somehow Congress keeps signing the checks like this is normal.

Yes, it’s true! ICE detained enrolled members of the Oglala Sioux Tribe in Minneapolis and transferred three of them to an ICE facility at Fort Snelling.
This is not a mistake.
It’s illegal detention.
It’s a treaty violation.
Release them. Now.
This is the pattern.
Intimidation → manufactured “threat” → deadly force → official justification.
None of it is lawful. All of it is predictable.
The Trump administration responded with spin, not facts. Post-hoc claims don’t change the standard.
Running away is not an imminent threat. And it’s not a death sentence.
Federal policy is clear: deadly force may not be used solely to stop someone from fleeing.
A woman in Minnesota was shot and killed while trying to get away from ICE agents. If flight was the justification, that violates DOJ use-of-force rules.
Frank Zappa wasn’t being clever. He was naming the system.
