It's chibi style and Verso in his dorky Osquie outfit and makeup flying and zooming around Simon with his rainbows shooting out of his arms wrapping around Simon. Verso is very joyful and Simon looks surprised but micj more calm. I just a very different method of painting for this where I coloring almost everything on a single layer, giving it a painterly look. The overall colors are blued with accents of hot pink with the rainbow going across the canvas.
