—this needless ship would become endgame. You stripped Blitz of any of his autonomy in your joke of a finale and made him completely subservient to Stolas in a way he’d have despised episodes prior. You made Stolas validate his fears by trashing his office (in the job that Blitz offered to him—

—as a kindness), and refer to their relationship as nothing more than a fantasy. Everything about this ship in its current state is disgusting, and (again, I stress this) as someone who was IN THAT SITUATION, it is absurd that you are trying to genuinely portray Stolas as the sympathetic one here.

So I say this with my entire chest: fuck off. Critically analyze just what the fuck it is you have written, and listen to the criticism of your detractors. They’re not baselessly hating you for the fun of it; there are serious issues within your work.

Do you genuinely not see how that’s shitty writing? This reads a lot like ‘she’s abusive because she is a psychopath’ which is an entirely different can of worms entirely. If you have to dumb down a character to that extent just to justify sympathizing with an abuser, it’s objectively bad writing.

Ofc he isn’t literally the ‘guy’ who hurt me. Are you daft? Your defense of this character shows the exact problem within her writing. There isn’t an adequate enough portrayal of how truly terrible his actions are in-show— ergo, you have fans like yourself flagrantly defending him.

Where is the testimony of people victimized by Stolas? Why haven’t we gotten ANY of Stella’s side? Do you honest to god think hes, or that a woman forced into an arranged marriage isn’t also struggling? There is 0 nuance in his writing, and we don’t get to see how his actions affect others.
