Great flash talk from one of our PPIE contributors, Sue Mountain B.E.M., on AI MULTIPLY's research collaboration with #PPIE & #ECR members of the team - mutual benefits in terms of research education & public opinions included in the decisions being made about the data and AI models

Really interesting talk from Emma Karoune from #Turing AIM RSF on lessons learned in #AI in #MLTC #research - human infrastructure and employing individuals with relevant skills from the project outset is key to being data ready & subsequent successful research delivery

We had a really varied panel discussion touching on the issues faced by those with #MLTC and how things could be improved. A role for medication reviews, and the social and education systems were emphasised as was the importance of active patients and support for self care.

The message from the #MLTC #PPIE panel: 1) Better #health education, information & encourage self-advocacy for patients & carers, 2) Link all #data together, across health & #socialcare, #dentistry etc so health & social care professionals can make better informed decisions for individual patients
