I have found a great method for keeping my white kitchen floor tile clean. First you vacuum, then you mop, then you vacuum again, then you mop again, and then you just keep repeating those steps over and over for the rest of time. 🧽

I try to be a positive person but my cup is definitely half empty when it comes to traffic. I just assume it is going to take me an hour and 20 min to get into DC when it could take 45 min. 🚘

Really happy for all the people in my life having babies, getting married, and moving to new cities. Meanwhile I’m back on the advanced Muay Thai fight team with my trainers from 13 years ago and just planning to train for 8 more years til the kid goes to college and I can have my comeback fight🤣 🥊
