I'm really honored to see both Lab Rat and Spooky Express nominated in best Puzzle Design category, next to some personal favorites like Blue Prince, Lok and Ooo!

So, “Order of the Sinking Star” by Thekla was just announced, which takes several small free games (two of which are mine) and gives them a major graphical upgrade and mashes up their rulesets. I haven’t been very involved but it’s a great concept and looks cool.

Just finished Spooky Express and loved it! Lots of really great puzzles and finished on such a high note. Might be @leslo.bsky.social's best puzzle design, and that's saying a lot!

"Make Lawn", one of the modes. There are a lot of green threes littered on the board. There's an "undo" button and no timer.

The post-game summary screen for the Daily mode. "Next sticker: 300 points (they're just pretty)". Three options of modes to unlock next: Drop10(long), MakeTen(wild), and MakeHeaven(classic)

New game: Make Ten Deluxe! Select numbers that add to ten, easy. Then try dozens of wild variants -- 35+ modes

These are the most surprising, challenging, or otherwise delightful modes that I've made over the past year. Enjoy!
