Binged during the weekend. Going back to gym and restricting tonight
It’s storming today so I have to work out at home 😭 on a good note! I hit my monthly goal of 155! I’m so excited if I keep this up I’ll be 150 by the end of the month
I binge ate 700 cals. Definitely going to the gym tomorrow/ today. It’s 4am for me so I’m going to bed now gn im spending an hour on a treadmill to at least burn 400 when I wake up
What do you guys watch or listen to while walking on the treadmill???
I was watching wrestling yesterday. Every time I try to watch it while at home I always feel bad cause they have such nice bodies and I just look like a loser sitting on the couch

Tomorrow morning I weight myself and it makes me kind scared. I’ve ate a ton today (still under maintenance at least) maybe I’ll work out for an extra 20 minutes.

Tie a string around ur stomach/ waist then when you lose some weight compare the string to your body then. Helps a ton more than pictures imo
If you have low cal tortillas, fat free string cheese and tomato sauce it would be easy to make one. I use to make 150 cal pizzas during my pizza obsession back in the day.

100% just water weight. The og weigh in was done at night. I’ll probably be 150 by the end of the month though so yay
One time I had a piece of corn stuck in my nose for a week it was AWFUL. It wasn’t even from purging either I just sneezed at the wrong time 😭
