I’m thinking of hosting a monthly FREE Sound bath and guided meditation on zoom. A space for black women to rest with no cost barriers to self-care.I would love to host in person sessions as well if anyone has a spot in OC or LA. Could be a studio or home space.Would anyone be interested in this?
