Memorable Moments at Calgary Comic Expo 2025 Alf is wondering how it is May already? Then again, so am I. The beginning of May means that our annual holiday, Calgary Comic Expo, is done for another year. Expo ran from April 24-27. While the venue was larger in the now completed BMO Centre, the feel of the event was different. The offering of panels were not as diverse and many of the exhibitors that had been coming for years were nowhere to be found.

Back in action… I still haven't been able to get myself out shooting again. However, I've finally been able to get back into a somewhat regular workout routine. Well, at least I was until my treadmill died. I was 37 minutes into a 40-minute treadmill workout a couple of weeks ago when my machine came to a sudden stop. With some of the noises the machine had been making over the last few months, I'm not entirely surprised that it died, but it's still annoying.
