This is exactly what needs to be done. Families have been declining in size since the 1950s yet home square footage has exploded. I listened to a podcast today saying homes globally average 700 square foot per person to live. Anything larger is wasteful spending. We need a major culture shift

I’d much prefer to not drive but when it takes an hour by bus or 12 minutes by car, it’s hard to justify.
