i think i will start back my days without screens. like no tv no phone no computer.. coz oh my god my attention span and the anxiety that makes me keep checking my phone.. is so so bad. maybe this is a good start since i also have lots of books to read.

For what it’s worth, I don’t think the internet is bad. I think almost everyone, myself included, needs to read more books. A lot of people, especially young ones, will say they can’t even focus long enough to read a single book, nor do they have any interest in them.
