That will be an invaluable contribution! Boundaries are so difficult to carve out among such a variety of needs and expectations and ministry gifts. It dumbfounds me every time anyone grossly under or overestimates what can be singularly and healthily accomplished in a day/week/month/year.

Yikes! It's too easy to burn out.

This is a really interesting paper. I recently learned that Borderline Personality Disorder which stems from prolonged emotional and psychological trauma, is now considered a disorder on the spectrum of complex PTSD. I took a trauma informed care course that described this at length. Thanks!

I'm an avid reader, but I want to pack in all the self care I can get. Audio is perfect for multi-tasking. I bought some rubber gloves the other day to motivate me - maybe NOW I'll actually use them. Listening will make cleaning less of a chore!

Drove my husband into work this morning. No longer see the moon reflected in the lake(since the timechange), but the sky burst into hot pink beauty, making the trees into black silhouettes. Worshipped all the way home. Also- what's with the Christmas lights already? ☺️
