I think this one just edges out 4 for me for the more interesting plot setup. Having a rival agent to Ethan made for some interesting conflict, I got more of my man Benji, and the set-pieces were just as memorable. Good balanced film.

I'd seen some hilarious clips from this one before and I'm happy to report the full experience more than lived up to the hype. It manages to be a comedy machine while still managing to tell a great message about harmonizing with your inner child by the end.

Deluxe version of the first film. More creative sci-fi gadgets, more fun puzzle solving aspects, a fun performance from Simon Pegg, and way more memorable action-setpieces.

It's a cool novelty seeing where so many famous tropes and set pieces originated from. Nothing mind blowing but fun. Seeing just how many scenes are practical is very impressive peeling back the curtain.

It's so CUTE man 🥺oh my god Roz melted my heart into a puddle by the end. This is TRUE simple and effective storytelling cuz there's an x-factor in here on top of the presentation, performances, and music that gives this movie straight emotional hands.

I like the Rocky movies quite a bit, and this just feels like the Rocky dad AU. The father-son bond has some cute moments, the moment to moment is snappy and simple in a good way. A cozy 80s watch.

It is every stupid college drunk dare and youtube video put into a film. Its hard to even like accurately talk about this one cuz half of it is fucking disgusting and the other half of it is so stupid its enjoyable.

I wasn't sold at first, but it very quickly and consistently started getting full on hollers outta me. They make the absolute most outta this premise and god the line-reads elevate every joke so fuckin hard, banger.

If you've been missing the power fantasy of John Wick, SISU is just unique of a time-period change that's full of the hype moments and aura you expect from these movies. The escalation of insane set pieces is its greatest strength.

Lord what a shitshow. The writing quality of this season makes S1 look like ATLA in comparison. Filled with empty tension, asspulls, fucked pacing, washed up revelations for all its major characters paired with a few standout songs and good finale animation.

The best ingredients of FF, Paper Mario, and Persona's combat framing a series of worlds that's like walking through an art museum. This game will surprise you with how much its able to achieve in just 30ish hours. Its literal art man.

An absolutely haunting account of one of the world's biggest tragedies. This really puts into perspective just how disastrous the situation was and how suffocating the lies and control of higher powers were to leave the people so helpless.
