If it’s any reassurance I have a buckshot roulette playthrough where there’s a lot of talk of shooting yourself, being excited that someone shoots themself, smoking, drinking etc and never had any monetisation issues on it. Obviously could be survivorship bias but the issue seems a bit exaggerated.

The only thing I’ve seen about this was a TomatoAnus video where it’s mentioned Oblivion runs are done in 4:3 since it makes the menus less spaced out and therefore quicker to navigate with a mouse.
