Always find it fascinating how some people can look perplexed when they see you on the bike heading to the shops, or the schoolrun, or the local GAA club. Like, “Ah, there’s yer man, on the bike”.

Like it’s an alien concept to them. It’s just not done. Not a mode of transport. Only for kids etc.

@dublincycling.bsky.social hi, a colleague of mine found two bikes in a ditch, a cargo bike and a mountain bike. Have any of your members reported bikes stolen? She's called the guards about them, but they weren't the most helpful
