Today I conducted an oversight visit at the Whipple building. We were required to give 7 days notice. When we arrived, ICE had moved every detainee out of the facility. They don’t want us to see what’s really going on here. I won't stop pushing to hold ICE accountable. Minnesotans deserve answers.

It is not illegal to watch, record, follow, or track immigration officers. It *is* illegal to threaten, punish, or point a gun at them when they've done nothing illegal. If all these people were doing is observing, this is a crime. As are all the similar videos.

We can't let this become normal.

The Broligarchs are products of unprecendented prosperity--largely in tech, largely funded by the American taxpayer via NSF grants, federal contracts, etc.--which they used to fund state capture.
They bought & neutered democratic institutions (Congress, the IRS & FTC) that constrained them.

The "better training" dodge ICE's problem is incentives, not skills

Reminder: the #ICC's investigation in #Afghanistan, which has led to two arrest warrants for senior #Taliban leaders for the crime against humanity of persecution on the basis of gender, is one of the reasons the US has sanctioned the Prosecutor, both Deputies and many judges.
