I'd be making my own protocol, server software, and client software. I'm curious to see how feasible it is to have more of a P2P mesh of clients and relays rather than a hub-and-spoke model of home servers and clients. I feel like it should be easier to get started with and be more decentralized

I'm no expert, but I've heard of this happening before, so I think it's probably normal, and a quick google search seems to agree. My understanding is, your body (including microbiome) developed around your old diet, so your body needs time to adjust to the new diet. Prob should ask a doctor though
