Agreed, unless the game is literally called "Warning: Flashing lights" there should be an option for it, like motion blur or vsync

I remember I was having computer issues, which wasn't normal. Turns out one of my shitty monitors while plugged into my pc was glitching it somehow.

Unsure if it was the cable or the monitor but I threw it out and it's been perfect now
