Comment vous y rendrez-vous ? Si vous n’avez pas de moyen de transport, plusieurs options sont disponibles, notamment la compagnie canadienne de covoiturage Uride, qui opère à Fredericton. Elle offre des trajets gratuits jusqu’à 10 $ pour encourager la participation électorale.

How will you get there? If you don't have a ride, there are a few resources for you, including the Canadian-owned Uride ridesharing company, which operates in Fredericton. They're offering free rides up to $10 to help get the voter turnout up. Just use the code VOTEFRED in their app.

This Election Day, Uride is offering free rides (up to $10) to and from polling stations in every city where we operate - including Fredericton. To get the free ride you just need to use code VOTEFRED in the Uride app. This initiative is designed to help increase voter turnout by reducing transportation barriers, particularly for individuals who may not have reliable access to a vehicle or are facing financial constraints. Transportation has consistently been cited as one of the top reasons eligible voters are unable to cast their ballots - especially among younger voters, seniors, and lower-income groups. Our goal is to help remove this barrier and empower more citizens to participate in the democratic process.

Tomorrow is Election Day! Do you know when you're going to vote and how you're going to get to your polling station? It's good to make a plan ahead of time. Will you go before work? At lunch? On your way home?

Lors de cette élection, Fredericton—Oromocto peut m’envoyer à Ottawa avec un message clair aux partis établis : il est temps de faire mieux. Et je me battrai plus fort que jamais pour que cela devienne réalité.

Alors que les Libéraux ont acheté un pipeline pétrolier de plusieurs milliards de dollars en pleine crise climatique, et que les Conservateurs mènent une guerre contre l’action climatique, un seul parti – les Verts – a toujours défendu l’environnement.

Mais nous avons aussi vu à quel point les gouvernements précédents ont peu fait pour protéger et préserver la nature.

En cette Journée de la Terre, je prends un moment pour réfléchir à l’importance de l’environnement pour chacun de nous, en tant que Canadiens. Nous avons la chance de vivre dans un pays aux paysages, écosystèmes et espèces sauvages exceptionnels.

This election, Fredericton—Oromocto can send me to Ottawa with a clear message for the establishment parties - it's time to do better. And I'll work harder than ever to make that a reality.
