A Case for the Return of The Dungeon Turn A mechanic that has vanished from various tables is a subtle one. But along with it is a fundamental change in how we experience dungeon exploration. The Dungeon Turn. It was in some form or other present from the earlier versions of Dungeons & Dragons, eventually defined and codified in the Dungeons & Dragons Basic Set, giving dungeon exploration a more concrete structure.

Dungeon play feels weightless? Maybe it’s not that dungeons are boring, maybe it’s the missing clock. ⏳
In this article I argue for the return of the Dungeon Turn and why procedural time fixes modern exploration woes.

This is shocking to me. Hunter College has always been super liberal and extremely open minded. But these unfortunate encounters can happen—people like her can slip through but will almost always reveal themselves in one way or another down the line. I think she's the let down and not the college. 🙂

What a dumb and disgusting bitch. This racist is done. CUNY are excellent educational institutions. They have produced at least 7 Nobel Prize winners. Michio Kaku (the famous physicist) teaches or has taught at Brooklyn College (I think it's this one) and this is just one example among so many.

Hunter College! I mother studied there for a semester or two back in the 80's and my brother completed his Master's there back about ten years ago. I also applied to their Math/Stats MA program and was accepted back in 2001-2002 but I decided to stay in PR. It's such a lovely college with CP nearby.

I want to play this so badly. I see it all the time pop up on GOG and maybe one of these days I will accidentally buy it and play it. 😐

I did not think I would be able to do this simply because when I used to read I almost always went from one author to another, except for three of them (or so I thought): Borges, Conan Doyle, and Dostoyevsky. One week I'd read 100 Years of Solitude by Márquez and the next The Trial by Kafka, for ex.

I have read several by Bukowski and Factotum is probably my favorite one. Every so often I read again two of his poems: Dinosauria, We and The Genius of the Crowd. I need to check the others listed. Thompson sounds familiar, though, but I haven't read regularly in years and it sucks.

It really was. I forget what was there before that (but I do recall either a GAP or Banana Republic across the street from that), so you can imagine my surprise when I arrived there and just saw Toys R Us just there as if it had always been there in all its glory.

Will they blame Mega Cat Studios or will it be the other way around? This should never happen, especially when such a highly regarded AAA studio like Santa Monica is involved. Damn shame and I hope they do what needs to be done, asap.
