The painting titled Judith Beheading Holofernes by Artemisia Gentileschi. The painting portrays the moment that Judith beheads Holofernes, mid act of sawing his head off with a sword. Judith grasps his hair as he lies face up on his bed and cuts the sword across to behead him while blood spurts out of his neck. Another woman helps hold him down as he attempts to resist.

Some guy on Twitter made a point of announcing that thousands upon thousands of men are descended from rapists, and we women "aren't going to like it when [they] stop asking nicely."

The doublet is made of linen, multiple layers to provide a bit of padding but is still relatively thin for armor to fit properly. For doublet and lacing it came to around 600$ after shipping

Some updates on my doublet being made by the craftspeople of Art of Steel. I'm excited to see how it turns out! I used remnants of extant printed cloth to make a vector image to make the stamp they're using. I also did the sketches of the concept of doublet.
