Small Prophets. Not entirely sure what it was meant to be as a show but a true joy.

I like the tackling and passing bits of rugby but I do not understand the tactics bits of it which means one team is better than the other one.

Hearing the Libero boys chat absolute bollocks about Spurs feels like seeing Anthony Bourdain visiting London. Makes you distrust how impressed you were by the previous episodes.

No when managing Spurs.

And who is actually learning that lesson? The bunch of inept danes, nepo babies and gooners in charge of us? They quite obviously don’t actually care about our club and what happens to us.

Frank keeps on losing but with just enough extenuating circumstances that make that loss or poor draw not sackable from the board’s perspective. Another one of those today but is there cumulatively a run of results that gets him sacked or do we have to get properly drubbed before they do it.

Frank’s answer makes me think he’s not going to be albeit I expect both of them won’t be.

Frank’s comments on Romero being here next year makes me think he’s been told he won’t be here next year. His answer was very not my circus, not my monkeys.

They aren’t going to do that though. You know they aren’t. Genuinely think they might pigheaded keep Frank if results improve a smidge.

Perhaps naively I think we’re the right manager and a few key (and probably expensive) signings away from being at least in the 5th to 8th mix next season. But I don’t think we’ll do either of those things.

If you are Romero or VDV then I think you’re right to think that any reassurances from the club that we are serious are right to be distrusted. This is not a club for a top player to spend their best years the way it’s currently run.

I love the one where he takes the ball cleanly but completely needlessly body checks the attacking player like somebody playing a particularly violent forward defensive stroke in cricket.

I don’t think I should be in charge of our transfer business tbf.

On the João Palhinha culture war my head is definitely on the side that he’s a terrible fit for what we need and his passing in midfield has made us worse. But in my heart - I just really like him.
Should we keep him next year? Probably not. Would I still do it? Probably yes.

We played good for a half. Point is decent. Some nice half performances in there. Probably won’t get relegated. COYS.

Oh yeah the news that we’re this fucked with injuries only made the usual more likely to happen.

I obviously think Thomas Frank is a terrible manager for Spurs. But, for whatever reason, he’s got decent results in Europe. I’d probably let him manage that game and be lining up the interim option to start after we lose the following weekend.
