Thanks. Iβll now think of this every time I walk down the tunnel. π

Well, she was doing better for the first few days on the new diet, but yesterday was pretty bad. And so far, today isnβt good.
She needs constant comfort, and I wish I had one of those slings parents use to carry babies on their chests. The Vet said weβd know in a week if the new diet is helping.
They seem somehow magical. Holding one in your hand is like holding joy.
03.03.2026 15:59 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0You can find crystal geodes in Okanogan County (north and west of Spokane). The west side of the state has more, and a larger variety.

03.03.2026 15:47 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Iβve never found one in the wild, but Iβm sure smitten by them. A friend of mine collects them, and has some lovely, small ones.

03.03.2026 15:31 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Several large geodes sit on the floor of a shop. They range in colors, sizes and shapes, with purple amethyst as the most striking.
Large Geodes (also known as βfairy doorsβ), found in a local shop π§π½ββοΈ The largest ones stand hip-high.

What an elegant bird.
I wonder if this is where our early ancestors got the idea for combs?
What a memory!
I wonder if the architects think about that. The impact is real.
So homely, itβs cute.

Iβm running out of superlatives for your photos.
I like to think of these two chatting at the kitchen table about their kids.
I wondered about that brown plug in the middle of the plateβ¦
03.03.2026 04:32 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Quite unappealing. It seems itβs not about the food, but the gold edge on the plate.

03.03.2026 03:59 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I associate canned peas with hot lunch at school. Iβd drink my milk, then fill the carton with my peas so the cafeteria monitor wouldnβt make me eat them.

I love frozen peas β itβs the canned ones I hate.
Wonderful treatment for the tenderloin. I rarely buy them because I like a fattier cut, but you make a good point with the highly seasoned sauces. Now Iβm thinking about it.
Iβm so happy for you. Up here, we can find them in little pots at a few florist shops this time of year. I have one blooming right now, and itβs heavenly. But when itβs done, itβs done.
To have them growing outside! And in numbers!
Iβve heard of spectacular (but rare) examples on shipβ masts β had no idea they happened in trees!
